I suffer from runner's knee in both knees. This gel pack get's cold quick, and works quicker. It gives me about a half hour of pain free, is comfortable, durable, and I only wish I had bought two when I purchased it.

I have an older version of the Tru-Fit Wrap - I ordered another set because the velco-type closure was shot. The new version, although it closes very nicely, is much smaller than my last set. The gel pac is probably half the size and poops out pretty quickly barely making it to a 20-minute treatment. But, I have not found another alternative. I like the overall comfort of the wrap and its equalized pressure.

I bought this for my home.. These are great to have around if any family member gets hurt. This is a nice one because it can be used alternating hot/cold. Also it can be used on elbows,knees or ankles. Great for my arthritic knee.

This past summer, our son sprained his wrist bronc riding, and we needed to get a wrap for it. We don't live near a town, so it seemed the best thing to do, was to order one through Amazon.com, and pay the extra for the overnight shipping. This is perfect for the arm or the leg. It seems to give a bit of support too. If you decide to order this, I would definitely order extra gel packs, so you have another on hand when the first one gets warm, or if you want to switch between hot and cold. We were really impressed with this wrap. It is excellent!

This is an excellent product that makes it very simple to apply heat or cold to the knee area. My two kids in college have been using this item this past summer at home on such things as pulled hamstings also. It works great. My son is a college football player and has had to use it this past summer for "jumpers Knee" that he had to get cleared up before football season started. He wore a knee brace during his summer weightlifting and running workouts and then came home and applied these iced version wraps to his knees to control the swelling. Along with doctors medications. He has got his knees back in shape for the fall season. My daughter is a excersize addict. She used it when she overdid her routine and tore her hamstring. She said it helped tremendously and loved the fact that she could just strap it on around her injoured leg area and wear it to bed or even walk around with it in place. Highly recomended by this sports family.

One of our friend bought this item and demonstrated it, it was quite useful for warming up aching backs. The aroma was also pleasant. We decided to buy the same from amazon. When we got it and used it, the aroma was not the same, it was not the aroma that we can sit with. It should be aroma-less, so it won't alienate anyone who is sensitive to some scents. Anyhow, 2 stars off for inconsistency. The smell was enough to relegate it to the back shelve in my bath closet.

I use this back warming wrap every night, I sleep with it all night. It has been very helpful with my low back pain.

I purchased this back wrap for my mother to replace an old "bean" filled back wrap. Mom is a brain cancer patient and has spent so much time sitting that her back is constantly causing her great pain. At the time she received this back wrap she was not able to sleep because of her back pain. My dad immediately heated the wrap, put it on her and within a few minutes she was able to sleep. Her old wrap was not helping and has since been discarded.

I really like the ease in which you can just pop the heat pack into the microwave and in a few minutes it's hot and steamy. Also it's really nice that you can wash the cover separately. Only drawbacks are: the pack is a little small and really only heats the middle of an average adult's back. Would have been nicer if it was a few inches wider to cover more of the back. The wrap around portion that attaches in the front is too small for a size large man--won't hook in front.

Recently had knee surgery and needed cooling treatment -- this wrap is very good. Ice inserts leak (have purchased 3, and all 3 leak)- but all in all I would recommend. I am looking now to see if a gel pack is available in a similiar size to avoid the leakage.

works great fits my large knee area(or any size) and keeps it cold a long time . just what the doctor ordered, and for a lot less than some of those other products. definitely recommend.

I really love that this ice wrap can be used on a variety of body parts. And, when I use it on my knee, it's so nice that it distributes the cold all the way around my knee. It's fantastic to take with me if I'm exercising elsewhere, since it stays cold for so long. I'm buying another for a friend who needs it. My only grip is that I wish it had more velcro, sometimes it's hard to get it to grip the way I want.

I use this for pains in my back, knee and calve. works great in any location and position. I liked it so much i bought another one. Fast delivery.

This is a fabulous product. The best thing is how easy it is to apply to arms and legs. Very ease to go about your normal routine while applying cold to the hurting area. Highly recomended.
